A native of Jersey City, Brian Slattery has lived in Monroe Township since 2015. He has been a real estate agent with Century 21 Action Plus Realty since 2019, specializing in residential real estate.

He has earned the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award - 2020-2022.

Brian has been a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance since 2023, and serves as president of the first NJ chapter.

“As a gay real estate professional, I find it important to advocate for all people so they are treated fairly when it comes to home ownership, especially people who are members of under-served and often mistreated segments of our society.”

Brian also serves as chairman of the NJR Young Professionals Network and as a committee member of the NJR Equal Opportunity & Diversity Committee. He also serves on the MORR Managers’ Committee.

I love my volunteer work with NJR because I believe by learning from and teaching fellow agents, we can elevate the industry and constantly improve the service the public deserves.”

In 2021, Brian earned his Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certifications. In 2022, he earned his At Home With Diversity certification and received the National Association of Realtors Commitment to Excellence endorsement.

Brian is a Broker Associate, office manager, and Business Development Coach at Century 21 Action Plus Realty and was one of twelve Realtors in the state of NJ to be selected for the inaugural New Jersey Realtors Leadership Academy in 2024.
